Automate the migration of Notes Mail and Archives (Mail, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts etc) directly to standard formats (*.eml, *.ics, *.vcf etc), HTML, PDF, PST or Office 365.
Mail, Archives, Calendar, Tasks, Contacts, Groups and Notes are migrated, including Domino Directory Groups, full Folder support and fidelity for Rich Text, Images, Attachments, Special Characters, Doclinks and customisable Address mapping.
Use Profiles to define export characteristics for multiple Users in one place, assigned via Groups, Server Directories (e.g. 'Mail'), O/OU Level Certifiers or Individuals, and when you're ready, just let the tool do the work.
Create separate exports for subsets of data (e.g. your Yearly Archives), or simply migrate everything into O365/O365 Archives. You can build up migrations over time by only migrating data that's actually changed, and also migrate Shared Mail into SharePoint Libraries for continued multiple user access.
And for a different approach, Administrators can migrate only recent Mail for business continuity reasons but provide Migration on Demand
for users to search and migrate any other data they might also wish to keep - legal information, personal mail, contacts etc. This makes all Notes Mail potentially available, without needing to migrate TB of unnecessary data, and this functionality can be retained for as long as required.
You can also allow users to upload NSFs and PSTs
to Office 365 or Office 365 Archives, providing an easy way to handle disparately located user data, and at the users convenience. Alternatively, use our Client Automation
functions to silently upload local Mail Archives before your migration even begins.
Finally, allow Power users to search thousands of databases simultaneously based on Users, Groups, Directories etc, then export the results. Common use of this is in response to a Legal Hold, e.g. exporting selected Mail to PDF for delivery to an external party.
